So... I phoned support and Vusi answered. I have a problem were my mobile connection stopped working after changing my client zone password. He promised me he will sort it out and phone me back.
I guess he forgot and everyone left to go home and I now have to buy Vodacom bandwidth to get through the weekend. All of a sudden my R149 becomes R300 a month...
Really disappointing, especially after the delivery guy that Afrihost uses left me hanging in front of my office for more than an hour.
Can I trust you with more serious business needs in the future if I am not important as an individual?
