I logged on to MTN Active to check my Data balance available on my modem 2gb top up contract, relevant number: 0810433817, only to be surprised with only having 1.49gb data remaining for the month.
This means MTN has taken away close to 2gb data, if not more - which should accummulate for up to 60 days, in one go on the 21st of August 2013 - how is this possible MTN? Surely my closer to "expiry" data should be used up first? I have successfully held a 3.5gb balance for the past 3 months at least, so please do not underestimate my intelligence.
Please do not give me excuses, I am looking for intelectual responses. Perhaps I should go to Afrihost and pay R145.00 a month for 5gb of data, rather than spending R199.00 for to dig into my data reserves whenever they please to do so?
Looking forward to receipt of your response - I will also log a formal complaint in the morning. I have just about had it with your overpriced products, not to mention this kind of inconvenience - I am not going to pay R249.00 to get my 2GB back - YOU sort it out NOW! If I do not receive a satisfactory answer I will look to lodge my complaint at the CPA - had it with service!
