I'm in the process of cancelling my contract. Cell C has collected my phone, it's been 5 working days (this is how long they said it would take) and no results. I've spoken to department after department at the call centre and no one can give me answers on why it's taking so long. I need this done NOW. I'm done dealing with Cell C's terrible network and even worse customer service. I've been dealing with Ruth, and all of a sudden no-one seems to know who she is. OBF: 096 247
