Was done on my account, now double debited!

I am utterly discussed by the services received from MTN.

Someone from the MTN Branch at Nelspruit called me to inform me that someone was trying to upgrade a cellphone using a false ID on my MTN account. HOW DID THIS PERSON KNOW THAT MY ACCOUNT WAS DUE FOR AN UPGRADE??? This is obviously an inside job. Therefore, our accounts and personal details are not secured at MTN.

Now to put the cherry on top, an amount of R697.00 was debited off my account. FOR WHAT?
I want my first contract cancelled with immediate effect and my second one will be cancelled when the contract ends in December. After that, I want nothing to do with this service provider. Ever!!!
