I need to share my extremely bad service I am receiving from this VOIP Company called Telfree. I have tried for a full week now to get hold of someone at accounts to credit my account so that I am able to make VOIP calls. Their website has been down, and one usually request an invoice online to load more airtime automatically.
My business has been standing still on that line and it seems that Telfree couldnt care less!
