BAD SERVICE!!!

If you do a search for MTN Cape Gate you get two no, because for some reason there are two shops. The one is a landline no the other a cell no. For the past week the cell is always off and the landline is never answered.BY accident someone answered on Thursday and I explained my irritation being on the waiting list for an iPhone 5 since FEB 2013!!! I was due for upgrade in Feb and was told by MTN Malmesbury that I will be put on a waiting list, since the phones are in high demand. A few days later I phoned MTN Worcester and drove through immediately since they had them in stock. I then immediatly put my Husband on the WL as he is also due for upgrade. 6 months later we have heard nothing and I keep trying to find out when they will have stock. I spoke to a woman on Thursday (Cape Gate) who said they MIGHT get one in yesterday, she will phone me. Of course, it 's a day later, haven't heard from her, the cell is STILL off and the landline is never answered. Why has it been 6 months and why are the 2 branches closest to me (I live in Durbanville) absolutely NEVER contactable. Looks like I will have to drive all the way out to Worcester again to get some service. PATHETIC!
