8ta 3g spikes and customer service

Good Day

Since 3 months ago I started getting spikes on my 3g between 23:00 and 02:00.

This affected my gaming experience tremendously as my normal ping of between 60 and 80 will jump to the high 100s and up.

It even happened sometimes during the day for an hour.

Doing ping test on saix I barely got 1.2mb download speeds and my ping to saix capetown is in the region of 70 and more where it normally would be around 40s.

I have sent numerous mails and at one stage they said the serving site is congested and awaiting feedback from the technical department.

They then told me every time that they are sorry for the inconvenience caused and that they have emailed the network analyst for urgent feedback.

The last mail i sent to them on 12 aug 213 and since have not received any feedback.

It has been 3 months of this bad service and unimportant customer service from 8ta
