I upgraded to a Blackberry Z10 about a month ago, purely for the BBM for Life product. On Friday the BBM service stopped functioning and seems like it's not repairable. If you make a purchase based on the capability of the product and that product does not deliver what it should, then surely a breach of contract is the correct term to use?
If I don't have the BBM for Life service then it's pointless having the Z10 because it defeats the point of taking the upgrade to a semi-functional mobile device. Then provide me with a mobile device that operates as it should. And don't make me drive around after you to correct your defective products.
