Its been basically 2 weeks since this issue with my internet line has started, first started on the 7th August where i noticed my line became very intermittent, i left it for until the weekend til i knew it wasn't a minor thing, so i then opened a case with Telkom through my ISP Axess, whom also saw the intermittent connection and line dropping, from their side they see ALOT of port errors. It took more than 1 week and several escalations later before i received any response, i then had to escalate the issue on the 17th again because still no progress was made, i then had a technician come on mon 19th Aug, whom didn't even test anything, i then had to escalate it on the eve of the 19th again because it wasn't fixed, the technician then came on the 20th, and then told me that it was my telephone which was the issue, i then unplugged it and tested it, STILL not working, the line is ridiculously slow even though it shows its connected at 3.79 mb, and the line still drops... i am pulling my hair out, and yet no one can properly help in this situation..like this is unprofessional from your side, you have now closed the case, blaming my phone when actually its not the issue.please assist!
