I have contacted the store in Tokai on the 19th of August on numerous times and left messages for Yusuf and have up to date had no response and if you call this customer service I think that is really pathetic. I have handed in my phone in about 2 months and have not got any response as to what is happening about the phone and the face that I have been charged for 2 bis and I don't even own a blackberry. I will make it my mission to inform all my friends and friends friends that they must never ever deal with auto page because they do not give any service what so ever. I would like this matter resolved as soon as possible because I am up to hear with this store. I am so fed up now. I want a response as soon as possible.
