Lack of Customer Service and Rip off deals

I renewed my contract, I was misinformed about bis not applying until the end of August. Hours spent on the phone to get a billing issue resolved with a pathetic response a few days later. No Manager, not Charmaine Weber or Juli-Anne Ferns both Call centre managers have any idea what basic Customer service levels are. A pathetic excuse of a response by Charmaine Weber does not cut ice. I have been ripped off and this is just the first month, 6 years with Nashua Mobile and I feel conned. Calling the call centres and hearing "How can I out you first" is the most annoying thing and an utter lie, do not do such false advertising. The deal I took was sugar coated and now I find that its just a rip off in reality. A Q5 Blackberry eating data like crazy on basics just as bbm, facebook and e-mails.. 200mb seems like a joke. Endless issues.. and Im stuck for the next 24 months, worse choice to give you guys another chance. I wasted more than enough of my time and money trying to get things resolved. Thank you Nashua for putting your clients "last". Customer service is what keeps and grows an existing business, your reviews speak for itself I guess. Not happy at all.
