Since receiving a notification that i would be contacted nothinhg has happened. Phoned headoffice Friday and was assured someone senior would call back still waiting. Went to local store this morning and lady who served me (who has been very helpfull) says she has run out of reasons why problem is not being resolved. Owner of the franchise and the person responsible for this mess are just not interested or there is certainly a lack of will. Once agian i cannot stress how poorly i have been treated by a company who have for twnty years taken my money with a smile and can now treat me in this manner. Financially this entire epsiode has caused me financial loss and i intend taking this up in terms of the consumer protection act and also hoping to have an article i have sumbitted published in the Star newspaper consumer colplaint column. What more can i do as it is now 17 days later???
