About 5 months ago I called Elite mobile to stop/ cancel 2 debit orders on my account. One for R19.00p/m and one for R21.00p/m. My problem then was that I did not give consent for these? The R19.00 deduction was immediately cancelled and I was refunded with in 24h of my call.
In the month of June I realised that the R29.00 deduction is still on my account? When I called the first time, I was told that it will get sorted out within 24 -38h. That was 5 days ago, and still no response? I have been notified via sms that it is cancelled but what about my refund?
