A new Samsung S3 mini had to go for repairs because the touch screen did not work properly in less than a month of purchase. The battery went flat even when no calls were made that particular day. when dialing numbers from my phone book i got a message not registered on the network or out of the service area, but when i used the land line the contacts were in their offices in Tzaneen an Meyerton. Vodacom cannot give me an answer why we have little or no signal in the Birchleigh area. My wife has similar problems with her unit and to think that this service will cost me R13, 500.00 by the end of the contract period (excluding normal and dropped calls)
WHAT A DISGRACE to say the least
