As i have been waiting for more than 35 working days for them to install my adls line, and every time i phone i get different excuses and no one can give me a straight forward answer, i have been phoning them everyday and no results has been delivered... i feel that they are ignoring the public's demand for quick service as we all have businesses and make use of them and they just ignore all our requests. i am also upset as to the fact that not once have i received any response or feedback from them if i haven't phone i still wouldn't have known what is going on.
