Superb knowledge and efficiency

I called Telkom three times trying to set up my internet on a new laptop. Two women left me hanging saying they would assist me with my problem and never returned to me. Then, on the third attempt, one hour of calls later, I met Mlungisi. He knew what was wrong and how to fix it. The problem was unusual and complex and he was calm, helpful and amazingly, knowledgeable. Thank you Mlungisi you deserve a promotion
