A year ago I upgraded and signed a new contract and received a new Blackberry. I was not told about any additional or hidden charges, in fact I was discouraged from getting the phone that I wanted and was pushed into getting the Blackberry. A year later I am billed an extra R451.47. When I queried this charge the response was "We pick up that the promo service fee that was supposed to be charged was not charged on previous invoices. We have corrected this and the promo service fee is now charged". I know nothing about this charge and am EXTREMELY UNHAPPY about being charged this.
I have had the same contract for about 14 years, I am now told I am on a promotional package, I was never on a promotional package before!!!
