I posted a complaint on this website about 2 weeks ago, regarding the cancellation of a 3G speedstick and no signal in my area. I received a call from Funiwe on 2 August regarding this - the first positive response from Cell C in a long time! I was promised feedback within a "few days". Its now the 12th and no feedback. I called the call centre, asked to be put through to Cancellations - the first call I hung on for 20 minutes without being answered. The second call is now into its 45th minute and all I have heard is the background music. No recording telling me how long it will take, what number I am in the queue - just the background music!! What do I need to do to get this matter finalised???
