Trying for two weeks now to get feedback regarding a signal problem where I now stay. Send gps position and got feedback that no service is available and that the data contract will be canclled. But that is where it stays. Phoned few times and every time they tell me... within 72 hrs... Yesterday I asked Mbulki for the supervisor... will call me back... Which did not happen! How long are you turn around time?
