No support, connection issues and slow internet

I have a previous complaint and I have been awaiting a response for months now. I need a call back from a person who is actually able to assist me or I am going to the CPA. I cannot access the Internet off my promo 5 deal. Intermittent problems and slow connections. Assist me please.
