Ill is sky high. no proper help

I have had endless problems with my contract since it has started.no service.no internet.constant calls to westwood mall. The staff at westwood are incompetant. They have atitudes, stupid and give wrong info.my bill is mow dam sky high because of the wrong info I recieved from them.i am frustrated and so angry.i will never take out a contract with them ever again.
