I would like to thank blanch (hope I'm spelling her name right) from cell c. I had a complaint with cell c which took weeks for anyone to respond though I had been promised to b called back by several people. When I spoke to blanch, she followed up immediately n made sure I was a happy customer. I'm so happy with her attitude n service. 5 star job, she should be given a promotion because she is very very helpful. Finally got my phone after three months. So happy. Thanx blanch. Keep it up!
