Unauthorised debit of account

I had two amounts of R250 debited unexpectedly from my account. I called the bank to check and they directed me to Stratcol whjo in turn directed me to Platinum C3. i have never even heard of this company. I googled them and called them. They dont answer their calls. The machine puts you on hold forever and then after a long wait, ends the call automatically. I need to find out what they debited my account for and proof of authorisation, but you cannot get hold of them at all.
