I would just like to know: why is it that a huge stack of paperwork (13 pages, not even printed back-to-back) has to be filled in in order to make a small change on one's cellphone account? I have had an account with MTN for 10 years - surely they must have my details by now / be able to confirm or update them via a website?
This is really not the most environmentally friendly way of doing things. I understand that it is not easy for such a large company to change internal processes, but perhaps some effort needs to be made to join the rest of the world in the 21st century!
