Rubbish Service frm 8ta Sales till Contract Expiry

Activation of my contract took ages and had to go to top management in order to resolve. Billing was a nightmare and it took 4 months to get it sorted out. My contract ended in March 2013 and I could not wait to get rid of the contract and go on pay as you go. This ended badly after I was told that they had a backlog. I threatened to stop payment by withdrawing all my money out of my account, which was after several calls to their customer service. A lady from the Call Centre called me the next day and after an argument my phone number was completely cut off and disconnected. I am fighting for almost 2 months to get my number back which I migrated to 8Ta from MTN. My number now is gone because the Manager from the Call Centre tried to be spiteful. The debit order still goes off twice a month and I have to pay bank charges. I cant put money into the account because 8ta will continue to withdraw money and I will not be able to get it back. I want my cell number back on prepaid and all bank charges to be refunded after contract expiry date or will have no option but to file a formal ICASA complaint next week for this rubbish service!!! This is typical government service.
