I live in Dowerglen Ext 5, Edenvale. about 3 month ago the signal at our house went from good to fair to bad to no signal at all.
After a long search I eventually got MTN phone number (everyone refers me to my Service Provider, and they do not even have MTN's phone number - (fortunately CIPRO has). I have now spoken to 'Sizakele" and 'Vuvisiwe' - both promised to come back to me - neither did. I have logged a complaint, received a reference number #6866269 - but no response other than that.
Vuvisiwe did say there was a problem with one of the towers and that they were working on it. To the best of my knowledge it does not even take 3 months to build a new tower why should it take so long to repair one.
But as MTN say 'everywhere you go' except home I suppose.
