Over Charging for over 12 months

Every month my account as in excess of R300 going off without any explanation. When contacting MTN customer service I get the run around and get informed a supervisor will get back to me, which never happens! The only conclusion is that MTN has no customer retention program in place and after all the ripping off and bad service I'm on the verge of canceling a 4 year relationship!
