I signed up with Miway a month & 6 days ago, after being convinced to end a happy relationship with my previous insurer. To my dismay, I was slapped with an email stating that there will now be a change in my agreement with MiWay (excess increased from R 0 to R 3, 300) for certain external reasons. After having no luck with their retention consultants, my hand has been forced to public damnation. I am baffled by their email & quite frankly find this unethical.
