Telkom doubled my subscription fee in March. I have phoned in to rectify this every month since and they will not rectify this error. I am incredibly angry about this and want to cancel my service with Telkom. I am saddened by there inability to assist. Do you know that Telkom now only handle disputes telephonically and then when you phone the level of incompetence costs me and does not fix the problem. No return phone calls either - some people teach or are in appointments and cannot answer their phones. Audible phone messages with reply phone numbers help to returm the call!!
