I left the company in 2011 after working for them for 5 years to my surprise today I receive a credit report saying I'm blacklisted for an over payment of salary made sept 2011, never received a single letter from them about this, funny enough they could not process my pension fund until they deducted all I owed them in the cell contract accounts but now I owe them. I am going to take this matter further and I'm sure I'm not the only one who has been reaped off by you guys just because we can't afford fancy lawyers u like taking advantage of our rights which is exactly why I left u. If u pay someone a last salary with their leave days and everything included how. Are they supposed to know how much they are supposed to get. What makes me more sick is that even the attorneys never collected anything from me and the claim that this acc was refered to them by other attorneys which just goes to show that this does not make sense and to top it all when I call them they give me a run around and can't explain to me how I was overpayed. Are these people humans really??? Or just enjoy the power of treating ppl like?
