i am really getting tired of this. why do i have to complain before i get any service. i wish to pay for my outstanding data dispute as we seem to have come to conclusion as to what happened however i was told that i might be able to have the outstanding amount discounted and that i would be notified what the discounted amount would be by yesterday yet i am still waiting for a call. i followed up today and still have had no feed back but i keep on getting harassed by the collections department who tells me must follow it up. i did follow up this morning but still have had no feed back. i think it is time for me to get some attorneys involved because if this negatively affects my credit record i will be suing vodacom because they cannot seem to communicate with each other and are now laying that problem on my doorstep as well.
