Sheer incompetence

We moved out of Bougain Villas in Century City more than a year ago. Despite numerous calls to Smart Village to have me removed from their SMS service, I STILL get SMSes. I refuse to call for the thirteenth time and am considering further action. Surely the Protection of Personal Information Act means that when I request to be removed, I get removed?
This has gone on for too long now - if I get one more SMS I will seek legal counsel.
