I have a contract with cell c and all was OK. I was a happy client. I upgraded and i was happy with the offer. Earlier this month i got a call from them but was unable to respond because i was at work, message left was unclear. I called them back and the consultant said there is nothing noted and no problem. Then they suspend my contact... why didn't they at least send a mail or a message to me??? I kept quite, then they deducted my money, ooh but i still cant use the phone... cant they at least let me know what this is about?? CONFUSED and not happy at all.
