I wanted to cancel my adsl line / isp with telkom and i was put through to Rozaria. She told me they will
give me a discount and with everything included i would not pay more than R900 and that will be the only
amount billed on my account. I got my bill this month and it was R1700. Then when i called from the shop to account enquiries and retention department, I spoke to Lesego first and then she called Rozaria. I asked to be put through to management after i told Rozaria what she did to me and they hung up the call on me. That is utterly disgusting service. I called back before 5pm and Moses picked up and told me management went home. Great. I need you to fix this as Telkom to me to obtain more money. this is and breaches any contract set up. Get the recordings, listen to it and call me today still to sort this out. What a pathetic exercise.
