You have all the signal bars up but access to the network is not there. This seems like is generic Cell C issue on accessing data. I had 8 people complaining. I also received a sms from CellC indicating that they busy with network but no time frame has been given when this will be done. Yet one has to pay every month for a service that I can't use throughout. This is not nice.By the way I can opt out of the contract without paying the cancellation fee because I'm not at fault and the consumer act allows me. 082114
