I contacted Telkom for the new fiber optic lines the are installing in our area as we do not have any Telkom line in our era.
I got very good service from Gilda, but when I was contacted this week regarding the installation I was very unhappy with the service I got and the person that helped mereally not the best sales person.
I asked if we qualify for lines and when the technician will come out to see the area (nothing confirmed) and 7 minutes after that call ended I got an sms to say my new internet account has been created.

I don't even have anything not even an app that was approved to justify this account. Now, I will not use that account because of the pathetic service and nothing was confirmed of when what and how. I just I have an internet account. That is the last thing I need...

I aked Gilda to sort this out as I will not pay for this new account I received and I will rather stick to the people and the Wi-Fi system we currently have than to change over to Telkom. Made a mistake again with Telkom! They are cheaper, but pathetic!!
SO CANCEL THIS ACCOUNT IMMEDIATELY I will get another switchboard system!
