September 2012 I cancelled by BIS subs as I purchased an I phone, the BIS was cancelled effectively 30 Sept, 4 months down the line I see a new billing added to my Invoice for BIS? I have now called Customer Care and Xoliswa Ntozini has successfully cancelled the subs and has requested a refund of the Subscription fee via the Vodacom Finance Dept - What upsets me is how can VODACOM SIMPLY add on BIS when clearly the Customer, ME IN THIS EVENT, has NOT GIVEN any permission to do so!!! S3-SE121-1XJ90 IS the logging details received via SMS after loggin the query and now I have to wait 24-48 hours before they attend to this.
