Im not happy with the way your agent have spoken to me. If he doesnt like what he is doing then he shouldnt work in a callcentre let alone with customers. I have been with cellc for more then 10 yrs and this is the help that i recieved from him. I dont understand the language but he was talking to his friends in vernac while busy with me on a call and couldnt even assist me after all his. Please deal with your agent before i go to the ombudsman
