We lodged a complaint will Cell C regarding an allocation of a payment to cellphone number 0742078752 for the amount of R455.79. The payment was incorrectly made to cellphone number 0844738315 via an Internet payment. As of to date this payment has still not been allocated to the correct cellphone number even after we were told that Blanche would sort this matter asap for us. Please get this right now Cell C before we actually get into our cars and come to your offices and sort this matter ourselves. We promise you that is one experience you do not want at your offices!
