BREAKDOWN OF SERVICES VIA CELLC

I am assuming that ONE day Sandros WILL in fact respond?
In the meanwhile I am without BBM most of the time
WhatsApp functions at best occasionally
The IM functions supported by BB refuse to connect
ALL this from the DAY I ported to CellC - I March 2013
Some service would be GREATLY appreciated
