I upgraded my contract on the 25th May 2013 with a Nokia 920. On the 28th June it just switched off and stopped working. I took the handset back to the branch on the 29th June. I was informed the following week that my new phone would be at the branch the following week. to this day, no phone has been delivered. This despite them telling me that it would be replaced within 7 to 14 working days.
