I had a lapa built by this company, but instead of it bringing joy, it's a thorn in my side. They finished a week later than the agreed date. I was on Ernest's case day after day as he always had excuses why they couldn't work. I'm sure it would have taken much longer if I was not as persistent. The lapa leaks in various places and despite our exhausting efforts to contact Ernest the lapa remains a nightmare. He's a and a cheat. He doesn't answer any calls or any form of messages. We have made many appointments with him when we do actually get hold of him, but he never keeps the appointments. It has been three months now without resolve. Save yourself the anger and frustration of dealing with a like Ernest. Their workmanship is sub-standard and work ethic is non-existent. Ernest is a compulsive and it has come to my attention that I'm not the only complainant.
