Eceived a call from kerusha on behalf of MTN from some Global... outsourcing company.
kerusha was persistent on me taking up a top up even after 3 objections she puts her supervisor chantel on the line to convince me to take up their product. miss supervisor gives me her side then puts kerusha on the line, what sort of professionalism and service is that? i mean really its a bad image on MTN and if that outsourcing company cannot provide a service on behalf of Mtn in an ethical manner then that contract should be pulled away and given to a company that has values. the icing on the cake i was told 'whatever' then kerusha hung up.
