Thanks to Adrian that came out to my house to see what the problem was with the Tv. More thanks that he delivered the new tv personally and the follow up on the Account and sorting this out. Kerusha Moodley for keeping me updated and keep on following up. If not for the two of you i would still have my problem but thanks to you it is now sorted. It is just a shame that the former area manager Emmis and Store Manager Korra was not as helpfull as Adrian then this would not have landed with Hello Peter.
