It really bothers me that I need to complain about a company. But not receiving a response after a week of waiting and begging. This is hopefully the only way i will be taken seriously. I have supplied documents for my accounts details to be changed.

Currently the account is on my Grandmothers name, its been on there since I was in school and now 9 years later I'm taking the time to change the details. which I emphasised was urgent. This should be really simple as the account uses my bank details, which i was able to update via the website. I supplied all the documents and expect a response today and this settled by this afternoon. Otherwise I'm cancelling my account, which is around R1 600-00 per month.
