Just had Enough

We have had just enough with regards to MTN accounts, Our account has been debited incorrectly since December 2012. We have stopped our Debit order since then and paid via EFT every month with a referrance that was given to us, that was also given incorrectly to us, this resulted into MTN suspending our account without any courtesy call to find out if there is a problem or not as to they are not getting any payment.

After numerous calls to them that problem has been sorted out now, when we applied for an other account at the bank we were told that we have been put on to ITC by MTN due to account not being paid, as i have said this was an error on MTn side.

This has no Created a big problem for us and i would like this problem to be sorted out with immediate effect as we have send them all the documnets again to them and no we are not getting a response from them and we will not pay for the removal of our name from ITC eather as it IS NOT OUR FAULT.
