I think its time Autopage closes its doors

I have logged many calls to autopage on MYACCOUNT. Firstly it is a stupid ticketing system as it does not allow for returning or even responding to a ticket. The staff just close it without contacting the client and also without fixing the problem
SAMSUNG S3 9105 looses connection all frecking time. Have to reset the phone 3x a day because of lost calls.

Today I have an attempt breakin at my house and no one could get hold of me until i reset my phone. autopage. What you going to say when my wife and kids are in a serious accident and they cant get hold of me because autopage does not want to sort out the problem.

Last query on MY ACCOUNT was that the query was sent to repairs. (maybe you need to contact me? Maybe you need the phone?) It seems simple basic customer service which autopage clearly does not respond to.
