I have entered the Cell C bigbucks competion. I am a Alltech Autopage custemor using Cell C. I have millions of points but when I call in to cell c customer service the can't even see my number on their system and not my big bucks points. I called several times to cell c and all they say is the winner is already anouned.
In the whole time I played this game I even not win even R5000. So this will be the last time I play for account over R5000 rand later and big bucks no even seen my points this is a. Why do they not reveal the winners points at the end of the competion?
