For the past 2 months i have been receiving none stop calls from agents with STINKING attitudes saying i havent paid my account. This morning i received a call from an agent with this disgusting attitude saying i havent paid and the more im telling the imbecile i have paid via EFT AND sent proof, the more she tells me that i havent paid!!!
STD BANK DO NOT WASTE MY TIME WITH THESE INCOMPETENT AGENTS YOU ARE EMPLOYING!!! WHAT DOES THAT SAY ABOUT STD BANK WHO CANNOT EVEN PICK UP SIMPLE EFT PAYMENTS???
GET UR FACTS STRAIGHT BEFORE HAVING YOUR AGENTS CALL PEOPLE TELLING THEM THEY HAVENT PAID!!!
