Poor/Lack of Proper customer service

I have an 8ta internet conx and had a problem connecting... called the call centre/s... was on the phone for about 40 minutes... got passed back and forth about 15 times... was so frustrated and ended up hanging up with no resolution! It's no wonder that Telkom is doing so poorly as a business!
